Fujie Electric is thrilled to unveil its latest innovation, the CSD Series Three-Phase Marine Transformers, expanding our comprehensive range of electrical solutions designed specifically for marine applications. These transformers, ideal for shipboard, offshore platforms, and other marine installations, provide efficient and reliable power control for lighting, communication, power distribution, and electrical network isolation.
The CSD Series Three-Phase Marine Transformers are dry-type, self-cooled transformers suitable for both single-phase and three-phase operations. With a voltage rating of up to 750V and frequencies of 50Hz and 60Hz, they offer a capacity range of 0.05kVA to 10kVA for single-phase and 1kVA to 400kVA for three-phase applications. Constructed with a core featuring high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets in a robust core structure, these transformers ensure secure winding fixation and minimize vibration during operation. The windings are meticulously crafted using superior high-insulation enameled or silk-covered wires, offering insulation classes of B, F, and H. The transformers are available in various protective designs, including drip-proof (IP22, IP23, IP44) and waterproof (IP55) variants.
Compliant with the latest industry standards, including CB/T 4388, IEC 60076, IEC 60068, IEC 60528, GB 1094.1-2013, GB 1094.3-2003, GB 1094.5-2008, GB 1094.11-2007, and more, the CSD Series Three-Phase Marine Transformers exemplify exceptional performance, durability, and safety. These transformers undergo stringent tests, including insulation level tests, short-circuit withstand capability tests, as well as environmental tests such as alternating damp heat, mold growth, and salt mist.
Operating reliably in demanding conditions, the transformers are designed to withstand a temperature range of -25°C to +45°C, with an air relative humidity not exceeding 95%. They are built to withstand influences such as condensation, oil mist, salt mist, and fungal growth, as well as vibrations and shocks commonly encountered during regular ship operations. Additionally, the transformers ensure compatibility with power supply voltages approximating sinusoidal waveforms and symmetrically connected three-phase systems.
