KYN28A-12 mental-clad AC enclosed withdrawable type switchgear is suitable for 3.6-12kV three-phase AC 50Hz power grids. It is used for receiving and distributing electric energy, as well as controlling, monitoring, and protecting circuits. It can be used for single busbar, single busbar sectionalizing system, or double busbar system. 

The switchgear complies with the requirements of standards such as IEC298 "AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear And Controlgear For Rated Voltages Above 1kV And Up To And Including 52kV", IEC694 "Common Specifications for High-Voltage Switchgear & Controlgear Standards", and GB3906-2006 "Alternating-Current Metal-Enclosed Switchgear And Controlgear For Rated Voltages Above 3.6 kV And Up To And Including 40.5 kV" in China, and DIN.VDE0670 "AC Switchgear And Controlgear For Voltage Above 1kV; High-Voltage AC Circuit-Breakers; Rating" in Germany. It also has a complete and reliable anti-misoperation function.

The KYN28A-12 mental-clad AC enclosed withdrawable type switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a new type of product designed and developed by our company based on the absorption of advanced manufacturing technology at home and abroad, and can replace various old types of metal-enclosed switchgear such as KYN1-12, JYN2-12 and other series products. The product has the following obvious advantages:

◆ The product's shell is completely assembled with bolts, which has high mechanical strength and effectively ensures the product's neatness and beauty. The cabinet door is coated with spray paint, which has strong impact resistance and corrosion resistance.  The protection class of the product shell is IP4X. (It can be changed to iron plate according to customer needs).

◆ The switch of this product can be equipped with ABB's VD4 type vacuum circuit breaker, C3 series fixed load switch, and various domestic vacuum circuit breakers (such as VS1, VH1, VK, ZN28) to replace similar foreign products. 

Regardless of the type of circuit breaker selected, the bare conductor air insulation distance can be guaranteed to be greater than 125mm, and the composite insulation can be greater than 60mm. The circuit breakers have unique advantages of long life, less maintenance, and small size.

◆ Relative Humidity: daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%.

◆ Altitude: not exceeding 1000m.

◆ Seismic Capacity: not exceeding grade 8.

◆ No fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration. 

When the operating conditions exceed the above range, the allowable range and technical measures should be determined by the user and our company through consultation.
