    GGJ intelligent low-voltage reactive power compensation device adopts computer-aided design (CAD) and microcomputer control to implement intelligent tracking compensation for reactive power. 

    Its reasonable structure, advanced technology, and wide application in low-voltage power grids improve power factor, reduce reactive power loss, and improve power supply quality, making it a new energy-saving product. It is dedicated to reactive power compensation of 130-630KVA three-phase transformers.

    Structural Features

    ◆ GGJ Intelligent Low-Voltage Reactive Power Compensation Device adopts intelligent controller control, with complete functions, reliable performance, and automatic compensation mode. It can raise power factor to above 0.9. 

    ◆ Real-time display of power grid power factor, display range: lagging (0.00-0.99), leading (0.00-0.99). 

    ◆ It has multiple comprehensive protection functions such as overvoltage, harmonic overvoltage, over-compensation, system faults, phase loss, and overload protection.

    ◆ The preset parameters are stored in memory and will not be lost during a power outage. Once the power grid is restored, the system will automatically enters the operating state without the need for manual intervention. 

    ◆ GGJ Intelligent Low-Voltage Reactive Power Compensation Device can perform phase compensation or hybrid compensation according to the balanced state of the of the power grid load. ◆ Its strong anti-interference ability can withstand interference pulses with amplitude of 2000V directly input from the power grid, which is higher than the national professional standards.

    Power Grid Monitoring Function (Optional)

    ◆ Real-time measurement and hourly recording of the low-voltage side of the transformer's three-phase voltage, current, frequency, active power, reactive power, power factor, active energy, reactive energy, total harmonic distortion of voltage and current, and 2-25th harmonic content. 

    ◆ It has RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces, which can be used for handheld computer data collection, as well as remote communication functions for wireless meter reading, device testing, parameter setting, real-time measurement and recording data reading. 

    ◆ Data analysis function: it can analyze and process operating load data, and provide statistical queries. It integrates the analysis of power supply quality, calculate the voltage compliance rate, power supply load rate, reliability rate, and maximum load rate. It can query power factor, active power, and reactive power in different time periods. It can also draw curves charts of each phase's voltage, current, power factor, etc. Comprehensive analysis and statistical reports can be printed.

    Ordering Instructions

    The following technical information should be provided when ordering:

    ◆ The rated capacity of the transformer, rated voltage of the secondary side, and the current transformer ratio of the secondary side.

    ◆ The reactive load condition and the powr factor of the receiving end, the total working current and fluctuation range of the compensated system and equipment. Whether the load characteristics are impact load, fluctuating load, or steady-state load.

    ◆ Device model, type, and quantity.

    ◆ If the device is an outdoor box type, and the materials used are ordinary steel or stainless steel, and the color of the enclosure needs to be specified.

    ◆ If the device is an indoor cabinet type, the color of the device needs to be specified. If it needs to be installed in conjunction with other distribution cabinets, the model and connection method of the other distribution cabinets need to be specified.

    ◆ Outdoor column installation can be single-column or double-column installation.
