    The SVR line automatic voltage regulator is a device that automatically adjusts its body ratio to maintain stable output voltage by tracking line voltage changes.It can adjust input voltage automatically within a range of -20% to +10%.It is is particularly suitable for use on lines with large voltage fluctuations or drops, where it can be installed in series in the middle or rear of 6kV, 10kV, and 35kV lines to adjust the line voltage within a certain range to ensure the user's supply voltage and reduce line loss.                                                                                                                           

    The SVR feeder automatic regulator is also suitable for substations where the main transformer does not have the ability to regulate voltage. It can be installed on the outgoing side of the substation transformer to ensure a stable bus voltage. The SVR line automatic voltage regulator is widely used in various fields, including national agricultural and urban networks, oil fields, coal mines, chemical industry, and substations.

    ◆ Display the action times and current position of the on-load tap-changer, with indicatiors for the highest and lowest positions.

    ◆ With upper and lower limit protection for tap positons and action time limit function, which effectively improves the reliability of the product.

    ◆ The controller has over-voltage and under-voltage protection functions. The controller has over-voltage and under-voltage protection functions. When the line is in an overvoltage or undervoltage state, the controller automatically locks to ensure the safe operation of the on-load tap changer.

    ◆ The controller adopts an industrial-grade control chip with high reliability and strong anti-interference ability, and can adapt to harsh outdoor environments.

    ◆ With RS485 communication interface, the controller's parameters can be viewed and modified within 30m from the installation point through a wireless communication module.

    ◆ Remote control via cloud or SIM card can be added.

    The SVR line automatic voltage regulator adopts a fully sealed corrugated oil tank with oil temperature indication and pressure relief valve. The signal power supply and sampling PT are built in the box to provide the control unit with sampling signals and working power.

    Installation Instructions

     ◆ The installation of the product is the responsibility of the user, and the supplier can arrange after-sales service personnel to guide 

    on-site.

    ◆ After the equipment is in place,  a grounding wire should be used for multi-point grounding, and the grounding resistance should 

    not be greater than 4Ω. The depth at which the grounding body is buried underground should meet the grounding requirements of  

    the electric power regulations.
