The Mining Explosion-Proof Mobile Substation (hereafter referred to as 'the Substation') is comprised of the following key components: the Mining Explosion-Proof Dry-Type Transformer (hereafter referred to as 'the Transformer'), the High Voltage Load Switch (or High Voltage Vacuum Switch) for the Substation, the Cable Connectors for the Substation, and the Low Voltage Feed Switch (or Low Voltage Protection Box) for the Substation. The Substation is equipped with comprehensive protection features, including leakage protection, leakage interlock, overload protection, short-circuit protection, overvoltage protection, and undervoltage protection.
The KBSGZY series Mining Explosion-Proof Mobile Substations are designed as complete and movable power distribution and transformation devices. They are suitable for deployment in underground mining environments where there is a potential risk of explosive gases, such as methane mixed gases and coal dust. Additionally, they are well-suited for usage in environments where the atmosphere does not pose a corrosive threat to metals or insulation materials, including gases and vapors.
