    The HXGN□-12 Box-Type Fixed Metal-Enclosed Ring Network Switchgear (referred to as "Ring Main Unit" or "RMU") is a complete set of AC high voltage equipment rated for 12 kV and 50 Hz frequency. 

    The Ring Main Unit (RMU) is mainly used for three-phase AC ring network, terminal power distribution network, and industrial power equipment to receive, distribute electrical energy, and provide protection. 

    The Ring Main Unit (RMU) has strong overall compatibility, small size, no fire or explosion hazard, and is also suitable for installation in box-type substations. 

    The Ring Main Unit (RMU) complies with GB3906 "Alternating-current metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear for rated voltages above 3.6 kV and up to and including 40.5 kV" and meets the requirements of international standard IEC298 "A.C. metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear for rated voltages above 1 kV and up to and including 52 kV". It also has a "Five-Protection" interlocking function.

    ◆ No fire, explosion hazard, or severe vibration.

    ◆ The surrounding air is free of corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, conductive dust pollution, and other abvious pollution.

    Structural Features

    ◆ The equipment adopts a fully assembled structure, which is lightweight and beautiful, and can be flexibly combined and installed for easy expansion and extension.

    ◆ It can be equipped with either FN12-12 pneumatic load switch and fuse combination switchgear or FZN25-12 vacuum load switch and fuse combination switchgear. It has small size, maintenance-free, three-phase linkage structure, with an obvious isolation fracture.

    ◆ The installation of the load switch and fuse combination switchgear is flexible and can be mounted on the left or right, upright or inverted (FZN25 cannot be inverted).

    ◆ It can be operated manually or electrically, with remote control functionality.

    ◆ Equipped with a reliable mechanical linkage and interlocking device, it fully meets the "five-prevention" function. 

    ▷ When the load switch is closed, the earthing switch cannot be closed, and the front door cannot be opened; 

    ▷ When the load switch is opened, the earthing switch can be closed, and when the earthing switch is closed, the front door can be opened; 

    ▷ When the earthing switch is closed, the load switch cannot be closed, and the front door can be opened; 

    ▷ When the earthing switch is opened, the load switch can be opened or closed, and the front door cannot be opened; 

    ▷ When the cable enters with electricity, regardless of whether the load switch is in the closed or opened position, the electromagnetic lock controls the front door to prevent it from opening (except for emergency unlocking with a special key).

    ◆ The load switch adopts linkage-protected insulation door or transparent insulation cover to shield the live conductor, ensuring personal safety.

    ◆ It adopts front operation and maintenance, and can be reliably wall-mounted.

    ◆ The front door is equipped with an observation window for clear observation of the working condition of the internal components of the cabinet.

    ◆ Models, specifications, and quantities of major electrical components in the switchgear.

    ◆ When the switchgear is used in special environmental conditions, detailed descriptions should be provided when ordering.

    ◆ Other special requirements should be detailed in writing and negotiated before placing the order.
