Fujie Electric Launches CDD Series Marine Lighting and Power Control Transformers, Ideal for Shipboard Applications
Fujie Electric is proud to announce the introduction of the CDD Series Marine Lighting and Power Control Transformers, expanding its range of advanced electrical solutions for the marine industry. These transformers are specifically designed for shipboard, offshore platforms, and other marine applications, providing reliable electrical power for lighting, power distribution, communication, and electrical network isolation.
The CDD Series Marine Lighting and Power Control Transformers are dry-type, self-cooled transformers suitable for single-phase applications with voltages up to 750V and frequencies of 50Hz and 60Hz. They offer a capacity range of 0.05kVA to 10kVA for single-phase and 1kVA to 400kVA for three-phase installations. Featuring a core made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets in a compact and robust core structure, these transformers ensure minimal vibration and exceptional winding stability. The windings are crafted using premium high-insulation enameled or silk-covered wires, providing insulation classes of B, F, and H.
Compliant with industry standards such as CB/T 4388, IEC 60076, IEC 60068, IEC 60528, GB 1094.1-2013, GB 1094.3-2003, GB 1094.5-2008, GB1094.11-2007, and more, the CDD Series Marine Lighting and Power Control Transformers guarantee superior performance, durability, and safety. These transformers have undergone comprehensive tests, including insulation level tests, short-circuit withstand capability tests, and environmental tests such as alternating damp heat, mold growth, and salt mist.
Operating reliably under demanding conditions, the transformers are designed to withstand a temperature range of -25°C to +45°C, with an air relative humidity not exceeding 95%. They are built to endure influences such as condensation, oil mist, salt mist, and fungal growth, as well as vibrations and shocks commonly encountered during normal ship operations. Additionally, the transformers are compatible with power supply voltages approximating sinusoidal waveform and ensure compatibility with symmetrically connected three-phase systems.
