Fujie Electric Introduces KA and MA Certified KBSG Mine Explosion-Proof Dry-Type Transformer

Fujie Electric is proud to announce the launch of its latest innovation, the KBSG Mine Explosion-Proof Dry-Type Transformer. This cutting-edge transformer complies with the requirements of GB8286-2005 "Mine Explosion-Proof Mobile Substation" standard. It features excellent thermal stability in its insulation materials, utilizing H-class or C-class insulation. The cooling system adopts ANAN technology, making it ideal for environments such as mines, mining areas, tunnels, where methane gas, coal dust, and explosive hazards may exist. Moreover, it is also suitable for environments with gases and vapors that are not corrosive to metals or detrimental to insulation. The KBSG Transformer operates in three-phase power systems with a rated frequency of 50Hz and a primary voltage of 6kV or 10kV, with the neutral point not grounded. It serves as a reliable power source for various power equipment and electrical devices in the operational environment.

Operating Conditions:

1. Installation altitude does not exceed 1000m above sea level 

    (special environments require separate specifications).

2. Ambient temperature:

 ◆ Maximum ambient temperature: +40°C

 ◆ Average monthly maximum temperature: +30°C

 ◆ Average annual maximum temperature: +20°C

 ◆ Minimum temperature: -5°C

3. Surrounding air relative humidity does not exceed 95% (at +25°C).

4. Suitable for use in mines with methane gas, coal dust, and explosive hazards.

5. Suitable for environments with no intense vibrations, shocks, or tilting angles exceeding 150° on vertical surfaces.

6. Suitable for environments with gases and vapors that are not corrosive to metals or detrimental to insulation.

7. Suitable for locations without dripping water.

8. Compatible with power supply voltages approximating sinusoidal waveforms.

9. Symmetrically connected three-phase power supply voltages.
