    The KBSG Series Mining Explosion-Proof Dry-Type Transformer conforms to the requirements of the standard [GB/T 8286-2005] "Mining Flameproof Movable Substations." 


    The insulation material possesses excellent thermal stability. The KBSG Series Mining Explosion-Proof Dry-Type Transformer utilizes Class H or Class C insulation. The cooling method employed is ANAN, suitable for environments such as mines, mining areas, and tunnels with methane-air mixtures and coal dust, where explosive hazards exist. It is also suitable for operation in gas and steam environments that do not corrode metals or compromise insulation, with a rated frequency of 50Hz and a primary voltage of 6kV or 10kV in three-phase power systems without neutral grounding. This KBSG Series Mining Explosion-Proof Dry-Type Transformer provides power to various dynamic equipment and electrical devices in the operational environment.

             Minimum ambient temperature: -5℃.

      Relative humidity: not exceeding 95% (at +25℃).

      Suitable for use in underground mines where methane-air mixtures and coal dust are present, with the potential for explosive atmospheres.

      Suitable for environments with no strong vibrations, impacts, and with a maximum tilt angle of 15° from the vertical plane.

      Suitable for environments with no gases or vapors that could corrode metals or damage insulation.

      Suitable for environments without dripping water.

      Power supply voltage waveform approximately sinusoidal.

      Suitable for three-phase power supply with approximately balanced voltages.
