    KYN61-40.5(Z) metal-clad AC enclosed withdrawable type switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is an indoor complete set of power distribution equipment with a three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 40.5kV. 

    It is used for the acceptance and distribution of electrical energy in power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises. The switchgear has functions such as control, protection, and monitoring of circuits, and can also be used in places where frequent operation is required. 

    This switchgear complies with standards such as IEC 62271-1, IEC 62271-100, IEC 62271-102, IEC 62271-200 and IEC 60529.

    Operating Conditions

    ◆ Ambient Air Temperature: -151~+40℃;

    ◆ Altitude: 2000m and below;

    ◆ Humidity: daily average not greater than 95%, daily average water vapor pressure not exceeding 2.2kPa; monthly average ◆ not greater than 90%, monthly average water vapor pressure not exceeding 1.8kPa.

    ◆ Seismic Capacity: not exceeding grade 8.

    ◆ No obvious pollution such as corrosive or flammable gases, etc.

    Product Features

    ◆ The cabinet structure is modular, and the circuit breaker adopts a handcart-type structure.

    ◆ Equipped with a new type of composite insulation vacuum circuit breaker, which has good interchangeability and easy replacement characteristics.

    ◆ The handcart frame is equipped with a screw and nut propulsion mechanism, which can easily move the handcart and prevent damage to the propulsion structure due to misoperation.

    ◆ All operations can be performed with the cabinet door closed.

    ◆ The interlocking between the main switch, handcart, and switchgear door is adopted by mandatory mechanical locking method, which meets the "Five Preventions" function.

    ◆ The cable compartment space is abundant and can be connected to multiple cables.

    ◆ The fast earthing switch (FES) is used for grounding and circuit short circuit.

    ◆ The enclosure protection class is IP3X, and the protection class is IP2X when the handcart compartment door is open.

    ◆ The product complies with GB3906-1991, DL404-1997, and refers to the international IEC-298 standard.

    Switchgear Installation
